Services Solutions:

1. Support in the development of the US Army of the future through support of the US Army’s Total Army Analysis process; Various Functional Area Analyses; and support for the last two Quadrennial Defense Reviews.

2. Assist the US Army in developing plans and policies for use and structure of the Reserve Components: such as the US Army National Guard Division Redesign implementation and resourcing plan; such as developing the concept/policy for Multi-COMPO organizations within the US Army; Quadrennial Defense Review support for the US Army Reserve.

3. Provide support to the US Army in conducting Organizational Structure Analysis; for example the Director of Training, ODCSOPS (G-3) that demonstrated the need for more structure; the ODCSPRO (G-8 of the US Army) where the integration of four separate organizations into one was addressed; then the reorganization of the US Army G3/5/7; and finally analysis of the Planning and Integration Offices at each installation within the US Army.

4. Under HRsolutions IDIQ provide support to Fort Bragg  Army Community Services; Army Family Team Building program Management; Army Family Action Plan program management; Army Emergency Relief support; Installation Volunteer Services support; and outreach for Mobilization and Readiness.

5. Conducted independent analyses: as part of the Dimensions International team conducted analysis of the Senate's Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans, procedures, and programs; supported the VCSA of the US Army in conducting an independent analysis of United Stets Military Academy funding requirements.

 Product Solutions:

1. Internal Revenue Service: Nationwide support of the agencies Federal Fuel Compliance Program through and IDIQ contract to lease vehicles in forty-nine of the fifty United States.

2. Provide support of USAF Bomb Squads throughout the Pacific via a five-year lease with option to buy program allowing the customer the option of a $1,000.00 buyout at lease end.

3. A nationwide effort in conjunction with the Department of Treasury / Bureau of Public Debt to equip the Offices of Inspector General within both HUD and DHS with undercover and fleet vehicles.

4. Support of NASA through subcontracts with DynCorp at Johnson Space Center and RW Beck at Marshall Space Flight Center.

5. International support of the Department of State via seven contracts in five countries providing various vehicles, parts, shipping and customs support through U.S. and international partnerships.
